SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from New Hope Behavioral Health. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving care or services.

1. Program description. New Hope Behavioral Health sends appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, follow-up messages, and—where you have separately consented, informational and promotional messages about our behavioral health services. The types of messages you receive depend on the consent you provide.

2. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the type of messages you have opted in to receive.

3. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

4. Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 325-480-2900. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a reply confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending messages to you.

5. Help. If you experience any issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at 325-480-2900 or [email protected].

6. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
